Malta & Gozo Deliveries

Deliveries in Malta & Gozo are free for purchases of €50.00 or more and are conducted via Courier Service. The delivery duration is three (3) to five (5) business days. Once you receive your goods, we offer a 5-day money-back guarantee! The refund policy only applies to the individual purchasing the item/s. If you do not love your items, you may exchange them with another product within 5 days from the date of receipt as long as they are returned unused and in the same condition as they are received. Please note that this does not apply if product is used, stained, chipped or cracked.

If a customized order is requested, kindly allow at least seven (7) - nine (9) days from order confirmation.

You may return Products purchased from the Gincoo deco & arts website for a refund within 5 days from when you receive them as long as they are returned unused and in the same condition as they are received. This does not apply if product is used, stained, chipped or cracked as well as to items on sale or clearance. Such Products may not be returned.
  2. You may return Products purchased from Gincoo deco & arts website to exchange them with another Product within 5 days from when you receive them as long as they are returned unused and in the same condition as they are received. This does not apply if product is used, stained, chipped or cracked as well as to items on sale or clearance. Such Products may not be returned. 
  3. Unless the Products are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning Products. We recommend that you use the registered mail service, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If the Products are faulty the postage costs will be refunded.
  4. Without prejudice to the above, customers wishing to return any products, must send an email to info@gincoodecoarts.com.
  5. Refunds are conducted on the same credit card or through the same payment method used in the initial payment, where possible.
  6. All orders are packaged in a box. Items on sale are dispatched in an bag. You may purchase additional medium gift boxes or small gift boxes.
  7. Prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of any other taxes which may be applicable. Depending on the geographical location tag of your IP address prices shown may be exclusive of VAT.
